Welcome to Capricorn Capital Group BV. We are a private investment and asset management organisation active in real estate. Capricorn was founded in 2014 and has been based in Utrecht (The Netherlands) since then.

Capricorn manages and participates in multiple investment programmes. We are involved from the acquisition through to the exit of real estate projects. The focus is on commercial and residential real estate, including developments. We employ a value-add investment strategy focused on the G20 area: the 20 largest cities in the Netherlands, with the G4, the four largest cities in the Randstad region (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht), playing an important role.
